All scientific and reporting
procedures conducted by DNA Labs comply with the Family Law Act (1975) and
Regulations. Our legal reports can be admissible as evidence to the
Family Court, Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages and for
Immigration Law purposes.

National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA)
DNA Labs has the highest possible
level of accreditation from NATA, Australia's
government-endorsed provider of accreditation for laboratories.
(ISO/IEC Guide 17025 for Parentage Testing and Molecular Genetic
Diagnostic Testing).
In order to keep this accreditation,
our labs are inspected regularly and our results checked carefully
by independent NATA staff.
